HeBei YuanCheng Co.,Ltd is a main metallurgical enterprise of national class.Under the main plant ,there are the spiral pipe branch factory,hot-expanding steel tube branch factory,cold-drawn steel tube branch factory and seamless pipe branch factory.It has 200mu area and has 1500 staff,including 280 high-class engineers,28 semi-senior titled technicians and 32 technicians.The fixed asset is RMB250,000,000 Yuan.The annual production capability of “YuanCheng”D219-D1820,6-8mm,double surface submerge arc spirally welded pipe is 10,000tons and the annual process capability of φ 6-φ630*2-12 hot-expanding seamless pipes,cold-drawn seamless pipes and seamless pipes is 60,000 tons.
At present, we have 3 production lines of submerge arc spirally welded pipe,which use leading facilities such as Lincoln automatic submerged-arc solder,on-line digital ultransonic flaw detector,hydraulic compression testing machine,x-radiation real time imagery ,computer control universal testing machine and Charpy impact tester,to guarantee the product quality.Because of the strict quality control system,all of our product have passed the test of “certification accreditation administration of petroleum materials of the People's Republic of china”.
The products that are “YuanCheng” submerge arc spirally welded pipes of different wall thick whose size are φ 219-φ1820 、 Q235 、 Q345 、 20# 、 16Mn 、 X42-X70 ,are strictly followed SY/T5037-2000,GB/T9711.1-1997 standards and APISpec5L standards.Holding the value “Quality is the life of us “,we implement quality control system and employed 5 engineers from JinXi Petroleum pipe factory and BaoJi Petroleum pipe factory to ensure the quality.As a result, we passed through ISO9002 Quality system certificate in 2001 and ISO9001-2000 Quality system certificate in May 2003.At the same time...... |
